If a particular profile does not meet these criteria, it is rendered inactive in our database. As noted in our Terms and Conditions as well as our Disclaimer Notice, Contract Monitors does not guarantee the integrity of our contractor profiles nor do we conduct reference checks (our viewing rates are at a low monthly cost because we leave it to the viewer to perform these checks). Contract Monitors does not involve itself in the contract process between you (Staffing and/or Recruitment Firm, Sponsor or CRO) and the contractor.
